THE INSURER will indemnify THE USER, for the costs of buying products of basic necessities for DELAY in the delivery of his/her luggage, if it is not located within the first 8 hours of arrival of the flight, provided that such expenses are incurred during the period between the report and the delivery by the Airline of the baggage or during the course of 8 hours counted from the time of arrival of the flight (what happens first).
This Service is limited to 1 (one) event during the term of the Program and, up to $220.00 (two hundred and twenty U.S. dollars, legal tender in the United States of America).
Exclusions:
• Applies for National and International travels. USER OBLIGATIONS: To provide the documentation to establish the origin of the case, in addition to all original vouchers of reimbursable expenses by THE INSURER.

THE INSURER will indemnify the USER, if his/her registered baggage is damaged (one or more bags, including personal items, suitcases, briefcases carrying suits, bags) while in the custody of the carrier airline used by the USER.
The maximum payment to be made by THE INSURER for the total damaged baggage will be up to the insured sum contracted for this coverage regardless of the number, quantity or volume of checked baggage.
The amount to be paid for the damage of the baggage shall be the equivalent of its market value to the date on which the claim occurs, minus a corresponding deduction, to its depreciation and wear caused by its normal use and in accordance with the airline's valuation policies.
To make payment effective for this benefit it is necessary to present the following: a) That registered Baggage has been delayed during its transport by the Airline in regular flight. b) That the Checked Baggage was registered by the USER on the same flight on which he himself was travelling, c) that the Checked Baggage has been reported as delayed to the airline responsible. d) Filing of baggage damage report and insurance purchase check.
This Service is limited to 1 (one) event during the term of the Program and, up to $220.00 (two hundred and twenty U.S. dollars, legal tender in the United States of America).

THE INSURER will indemnify THE USER, if his checked baggage is lost when stolen completely, lost or totally destroyed by the Carrier Airline that he has used as a USER.
This Service is limited to 1 (one) event during the term of the Program and, up to $1,200.00 (one thousand two hundred U.S. dollars, legal tender in the United States of America).

• • USER OBLIGATIONS: Provide the documentation that allows to establish the origin of the case, in addition to all the original vouchers of reimbursable expenses by THE INSURER.
• • Applies in major cities around the world.

Emergency Medical Assistance by Accident by Refund. THE INSURER covers without exceeding the insured sum, contracted and stipulated in the cover of the policy which operates as a single and combined limit (LUC for Límite Único y Combinado). It is also stipulated that, in the event of granting an insured sub-limit sum in any of the coverages in this section, this amount will be part of the insured sum contracted and is not in addition to. These coverages operate as follows: Medical - the expenses incurred into by concept of medical services including hospitalization, surgical interventions, medical fees and prescribed medications, dental expenses, medical transfer that are generated in case that the USER suffers an accident during his TRIP in this policy, will be covered.
The relationship between the USER protected under this coverage and the medical providers, is under his responsibility, so THE INSURER does not assume any responsibility for the service received or payment of damages and harms.
Medical and hospitalization expenses: Medical treatment costs required during the USER’s trip and incurred into by medical order, are covered by this policy. Included is the cost of: a) Treatment of patients, if required, includes admission to the hospital and surgical interventions. b) Medications and bandages, up to $300.00 USD. This amount is a sub-limit of the insured sum contracted, so it is contemplated within it. c) Assist devices such as walking aids, wheelchair rental, oxygen if first required due to an accident that occurred during the USER's trip and prescribed by doctor, up to a total of $250.00 USD. This amount is a sub-limit of the insured sum contracted, so it is contemplated within it.

THE INSURER covers up to the limit of insured sum contracted and specified in the cover of the policy, the payment of the compensation that in case of death as a result of the accidents that occurred to the USER during his trips. For all coverage mentioned below, children under the age of 14 are covered by the risk of death as a result of a travel accident, only for burial expenses without exceeding the insured sum limit contracted for this section and specified in the policy cover. For this section, people over 75 years of age are not covered. Death is herein covered if the accident occurs: a) In public transportation, such as: plane, regular-line boat, train or regular-line coach which the USER is using for transportation, including climbing and descending of such means of locomotion. Persons travelling on private rental or single-engine aircraft, whether propeller, turboprop, jet or on cruise ships, are excluded from insurance coverage. b) Accident as USER in any form of public transport such as taxi, rental car with driver, tram, bus, train or suburban train during the direct route between the departure or arrival point (house/hotel) to the terminal of the trip either station, airport, sea port. The maximum limit of compensation where it is proven that the death occurred as a result of a travel accident, THE INSURER shall pay up to the limit of the insured sum contracted for this section specified on the policy cover.
This Service is limited to 1 (one) event during the term of the Program and, up to $45,000.00 (forty-five thousand U.S. dollars, legal tender in the United States of America).

Cancellation, rescheduling or interruption of travel, to be considered protected, must be as a result of any of the following causes, occurring after contracting the insurance.
The USER will be reimbursed for the agreed limits and deductibles, of cancellation, rescheduling or travel interruption expenses incurred at his/her expense.
This Service is limited to 1 (one) event during the term of the Program and, up to $1,200.00 (one thousand two hundred U.S. dollars, legal tender in the United States of America).
