The travel assistance program is exclusively available to passengers, who have flown at least once with avianca.
Several sales channels are available: avianca.com, avianca Travel Assistance, avianca Points of Sale, Call Center and Manage your reservation.
The program must be purchased at least 1 day before traveling.
Anyone from 0 to 85 years-old. For more information see the terms and conditions.
Fifteen days starting from your departure date with avianca for domestic destinations (cities within Colombia and/or Ecuador); For international destinations, coverage is for 90 days starting from the date of departure with avianca.
We accept all major credit cards except American Express.
